General Information :

 
Russian GOST R Declaration of Conformity is an official document based on the Governmental Decree Number 982, published on 01st of December 2009.

The products which are necessary to obtain Mandatory GOST R Certification, divided up 2 parts :

--Mandatory Certificate of Conformity GOST R or GOST R (TR) 

--Mandatory Declaration of Conformity GOST R or GOST R (TR)

Approximately 40% percent of products require Declaration of Conformity.

This document proves that, the mentioned products conforms Russian Standards, Safety Rules and Technical Regulations.

It will be signed by Russian Representative Company of the foreign Producer, and approved by the Authorized Certification Body, it means that Foreign Producer should use a Russian distributor or dealer to obtain this document.

EMCC GROUP LTD. is an accredited Certification Body to issue Declaration of Conformity. Moreover than this, we can undertake limited representation of your company, if it is needed.

Declaration of Conformity have the same legal power in the Russian Customs during the customs clearance process of imported products.

   Types of  Declaration of Conformity :
 

 

Mainly, there are 2 types of Declaration Of Conformity can be issued :

-- Declaration of Conformity GOST R : Shipment, from 1 year up to 3 years validation dates

-- Declaration of Conformity GOST R (TR) : Shipment, from 1 year up to 5 years validation dates

Both of them the same function and have the legal power during the customs clearance.

   Steps of Declaration of Conformity Issue Process :
 

These Declarations are offered by Representative of Foreign Producers, and issued by the Certification Bodies which are accredited by "The Federal Agency on Technical Regulating and Metrology". Our company EMCC GROUP LTD. is an accredited Certification Body in Russia.

1. Fill our GOST R Application Form. One of our representatives will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Important Notice: The GOST Certification and Declarations deal with the products. Please determine the products with all their models, subseries which will be certified. For each kind of product please define their International Harmonized System Codes.

2. Your commercial requirements and subject products will be evaluated and you will receive a detailed quotation including all terms, price and process steps related for your GOST R Certification.

 

We shall submit our quotation within a few days by mail.

 

3.  After getting the Order Confirmation, we shall inform you about necessary documents and samples.(In some cases, samples are not required.)

 

4. Your original GOST Certificates will be sent to your postal address by fast courier.
