According to Russian Frame
of Consumer's Rights,
these Certificates are necessary to use for products related with public
health purposes. Hygienic Certificates are mostly used as a priority for
issuing of GOST Quality Certificates.
Product groups require Hygienic Conclusion and Certificates:
Foodstuff and all beverages,
Cosmetics and parfumes contacted with skin and taken by respiration,
Wearings, bed-linens, towels, etc. textile products contacted with human body,
Machinery and equipment used for food production,
Packaging materials used in food industry,
Artificial wooden materials used in furniture industry,
Toys and other products used for/by children,
Home chemicals,
Paints and similar chemical products,
Industrial machinery (for noise and vibration aspect),
Products sending out signals and subject for Electro-Magnetic Neighborhood.
Hygenic Certificates
frequently required by Russian Authorities in Russian Customs, storages
of wholesalers and retail shops at domestic market.

Hygienic Certificates are
based on expertising reports, issued by local official health
organizations (Sanitary-Epidemiological Center), subordinated to
Ministry of Health, according to Order N 314 dated March 2004 of
President of RF.

Types of Hygienic Certificates |
Hygienic Certificates are mainly issued due to: products, service types,
technical conditions of the industrial processes.
Service types and technical conditions are mostly applied for local
organizations and producers, but the product Certification is very
important for any foreign exporter company. Exported products should be
tested under related valid regulation and Russian norms, after this
confirmation they are accepted for import to Russia.

Hygienic Certificates are issued for shipment or serial production until 5 years validation period. |

RTN ( Rostekhnadzor) Permit to Use
This permission should be issued for the hazardous equipment which will be mounted on oil industry special industrial objects.
Ukraine - UkrSEPRO Quality Certificates
Ukraine, follows a similar
system, UkrSEPRO, obtained by DERJSTANDART.
